Key Responsibility Areas: - Execution and Business development for fund raising mandates for Venture Debt among mid-corporates and new-age start-ups. Products include - &nbsp;Debt: Project Finance syndication, debt restructuring incl. CDR Project/ financial advisory - Industry research, market mapping, monitor the local market and networking among intermediaries to identify potential fund raising opportunities in the region - Preparation of collateral - Information Memorandum, Financial Appraisal Reports and Financial Model/ CMA - Manage the due diligence including business / project related documents, financials, legal and risks - Work with legal counsels to finalize the term sheets, legal documents and assist the client with execution
