VP Of Analytics will be responsible for building of Develop metrics and frameworks to evaluate the functioning of all parts of NBFC - marketing/sourcing, product, underwriting operations, collections, portfolio.
- End to end analytics responsibility: Optimize Costs - Sales operations (through put analysis and deep dive), Marketing analytics- channel mix, channel performance etc., Portfolio monitoring, contributing to credit model, evaluation of model, model validation etc.
- Stake holder management
- Building a brand for Analytics with in organisation
- Exploring new sources of data and productizing analytics.
