Vice President - Analytics - CPG (13-18 yrs)

As a client partner for a strategic, global client in the CPG industry, the individual is expected to drive account growth with quality delivery at scale with P&L responsibilities.

- It's a transformation consulting role for a global CPG client. The individual will be expected to provide thought leadership in client's business planning sessions, develop solutions, driving delivery quality and serve as a passionate advocate for the client in advancing solutions that will best build the client's long-term business.

- Strong CPG consulting experience and will interacting with C suite stakeholder from direct account holder from client end.

- Should be well versed with analytics techniques used in CPG space and their applications in Sales / Revenue Management or Sales & operations planning.

- Success is measured by creating measurable business value for the client while at the same time maximizing the revenue.

- Act as trusted advisor to the client on institutionalizing analytical decision making, shape their thinking and influence the decisions they make; proactively identifying client risks or opportunities and effectively responding to client needs.

- Managing the account globally, overseeing a rapidly expanding, highly skilled team based in India and overseas. Moderate international travel expected.

- The role would have a dual line reporting to the Chief Practice Officer and the COO.

Skills & Experience:

- 13+ progressive years of experience in consulting or in the CPG industry in the sales and revenue growth management functions with at least the last 5 years in a lead account management role in the analytics industry, handling dollar 2-5MM account/s

- Demonstrated ability to own senior level client relationships and skilfully navigate issues and roadblocks that come with managing a large, complex client relationship.
