Only Looking for a Female Candidate A leadership position with one of the world's largest assets management firm for a professional with 8+ years of experience into banking/finance, in the field of analytics and consulting. This role is for an analytics consultant who has grown into consulting and has being working into finance/Banking domain, managing asset classes and understanding the concept of regulatory and stress testing - IFRS9, Basel, CCAR &amp; PPNR. CFA/FRM would be desirable and hand on experience in SAS/R/Python is mandatory. LOCATION: Mumbai YOUR EMPLOYER: A leading, global firm with an illustrious range of financial and asset management services serving different market regions across the globe RESPONSIBILITIES: - Working on data management and analytics including data architecture &amp; framework development, data onboarding, quality control, analysis, visualization and enrichment supporting model and analytical components of broader advisory projects - Data repository, slicing, and dicing of data, gap analysis, feasibility analysis - Involved in strategic advisory engagements, focused on balance sheet strategy, data management, stress testing and capital planning, risk and regulatory services, default and counterparty risk management, workflow management, and process improvement - Collaboration with global engagement managers and project teams on overall project execution - Being an SME for data engineering, technology and modeling capabilities, staying current on latest industry developments and trends REQUIREMENTS: - 8-12 years of professional experience with global Banking, Financial Services, and Consulting firms - Bachelors/Masters in a relevant technical discipline: Computer Science; Math; Statistics; Engineering; Science; Management from top tier institutes - Professional Certifications such as FRM, CFA or progress toward a plus - Strong technical and coding background covering large scale data architecture and framework development, data engineering, and analytics expertise. Flexible to quickly switch from one technology to another. Strong hands-on experience required on some of the technologies we use - R/SAS/Python/VBA/SQL. - Exposure to regulatory and stress testing for banks and financial institutions across multiple geographies e.g. IFRS9, BASEL II/III, CCAR, PRA, PPNR, Balance Sheet Management/Optimization - Understanding of statistical concepts (distributions, population/sample/stratification etc.) and financial modeling is desired - Team player with collaborative and strong interpersonal skills; mentors and coaches resources along the way; leads by example.
