Vice President - Accounts/Taxation/Finance - Energy/Infra/Power (8-12 yrs)

- The person will work as senior accountant and will be leading a team of accountants. The person will be completely responsible of complete accounting procedure and system of the full group and individuals.
- Person should have strong understanding of Accounts, TDS and GST and Income tax rules and regulation. Should have good analytical skills of a company financials.
- Person will have to manage the Vendor payments, Bank limits, fixed periodical payments
- Good command on handling the auditors/Query solving/MIS. Should be able to independently handle auditors or any other financial agency, should independently represent the company / individual in front of tax assessing officer
- Experience on Accounting Software Tally
- Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
- Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates
- Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and preparing BRS
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns of companies as well as individual
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements and will be responsible for finalisation of accounts and filling ITR and other statutory forms.
- Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
