Requirements:
Candidates who are currently associated with FMCG Food Processing, Food Manufacturing & Pharma would only be considerable.
Location: Mumbai (Andheri West) No outstation candidates required.
Qualification: CA
Designation: VP Accounts & Finance
Reports to: Group CFO
Reportees: Direct reportees would be (5-7) with the total team size of 20 - 30 people.
Exp: 12 to 18 years of Exp (Exp should not be more than 18 years)
Looking for a candidate from B2B Manufacturing background who has an experience of Distributors Management/ Interaction Exp.
Should have handled a turnover of 400 - 500 Cr.
Role:
- To lead critical functions Finance & Accounts, Information Technology and Legal.
- To develop and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy that ensures a profitable business growth.
- To develop Finance & Accounting strategies for healthy profitability and ROI.
- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the current financial programs and supporting information systems of the company.
- Develop and maintain P&L Statement for the organization.
- Latest Forecast preparation with analysis with actuals and budgets.
- Report financial results to CEO / the board of directors.
- Manage any third parties to which functions have been outsourced.
