Role :

- This will be a Lead role for the Process Automation team where the successful candidate will collaborate with the broader team and the client to assess business processes, define business needs and implement solutions to achieve core objectives.

- They will report to Automation Leader in Operations.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proven experience in automation and Business Project Management including a working knowledge of leading technologies

- Knowledge of Global Markets businesses, products, and business processes, including trade lifecycle

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions

- Knowledge of tech delivery

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Self-motivated and motivate others to meet tight timelines for delivery

- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities

- Ability to communicate and work with other team members to explain a business case opportunity

Desired Skills :

- Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS VISIO

- High level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard.

- Experience in working with matrix organizations and handling ambiguity and unstructured environment

- Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills are required.

- Change and conflict management skills, ability to influence and negotiate with others to meet project deadlines.
