- Attract faculty both from India and overseas who would devote time for student dissemination of knowledge and best in class practices.

- Build linkages with global varsities,institutions in corporates and government and work in areas of innovation, problem solving and collaboration on specific projects.

- Focus on engineering and management programs which are differentiated on the basis of curricula faculty and industry acceptance.

- Contribute to the world body of knowledge in engineering and management by hosting global conferences with participation from all world over.

- The campus design and facilities would promote the ethos of the University and contemporary lifestyle of residents.

- The Varsity would be promoted as a destination of higher learning and research with participation of best talent to contribute to developing students as world class citizens.

- Provide leadership to the team of academicians,administrators and student bodies.

- Stakeholder management of the University including communication and participation in the activities of the Campus.

- The incumbent should have first hand experience in setting up institution.

- Accomplished applicants with experience in teaching in India and overseas in engineering and/or management is required.
