Our client is a leading Staffing, Learning & Consulting company offering educational courses to professionals from various education background .
We are on the look out for someone
1. Who has extensive flair for sales & business development
2. Should have shouldered P/L responsibility in a leadership role for over a decade
3. Should have extensive experience in B2B sales
4. Applicants can corporate sales, solution selling & services selling background are given top preference.
5. Applicants should have experience in managing company operations with focus on top-line & bottom-line performance;
6.Expertise in determining company's mission & strategic direction as conveyed through policies & objectives
7.Implementing risks management policies & controlling mechanisms, procedures and systems to detect transactions outside established parameters
8. Identifying & developing new streams for revenue growth
9. Formulating strategies to promote company Services
10. Maintaining business relationship with individual, corporate clients to achieve significantly increased revenue and profitability meeting all agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as part of a large team
11. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
