Principal Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of teacher and student in the context of affordable private schools to create a relevant and meaningful academic solution.

- Bring global best practices in pedagogy and design to create cutting edge academic solutions while keeping pace with the dynamic government norms and regulations.

- Own the creation process of progression and blueprint design frameworks/exemplars for all sub-school subjects.

- Drive adoption of design/pedagogy frameworks through collaboration with the content development leaders and teams.

- Own pedagogical content quality and student learning outcome
