Vice Chancellor - Education (15-20 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Serving council and providing inputs
- Coordinating with the Chancellor in reviewing academic programs
- Examining educational policies and budgets and suggesting improvements
- Allocating resources and funds and monitoring the same
- Attending conferences, workshops, and seminars
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with academic institutions and organizations
- Performing basic administrative duties as and when needed
- Delivering speeches at various academic events
- Coordinating with the Deans and Head of Departments in planning academic courses
- Ensuring that the educational policies and guidelines are being followed
- Assisting in the recruitment of faculty and staff members
Requirements
- A doctorate degree in any relevant field
- 15-20 years of work experience in the Educational sector as a Vice Chancellor or a Principal
- Complete knowledge of the educational guidelines, rules, and regulations
- Excellent academic background
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
- Impressive multitasking skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
