Primary Purpose:

The position is required for preparation of internal/external financial plans and reports, monthly financial analysis MIS, and provide ad hoc analysis for the organization. The position is required to support management in planning and decision making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information and recommending actions. Position is required to focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness of the forward-looking processes and generate business insights.

Key Accountabilities/Activities:

Primary responsibility

- Responsible for reporting and analysis of Business performance to the Management, Business Heads, Functional Heads and other key stakeholders.

- Communication with the stakeholders for business analytics, planning, forecasting, budgeting.

- Simulating and studying the impact of any key business results, decisions etc

- Business analytics of verticals, products, customer channels etc. and highlighting impacts, discussions for corrective actions and controls on key business parameters.

- Budgeting & planning process of the organization and for various business verticals.

- Prepares financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting and presenting information.

- Recommends financing structures (debt and equity) and considers the company's cost of capital

- Performs ad hoc analysis as required

Work Relations:

Internal:

- Reporting to Chief Financial Officer for all functional as well as admin issues.

- Handling and coordinating with (internal & external) Auditors.

External:

- Liaise with Statutory Auditor.

- Coordinating and managing statutory audits, transfer pricing studies, and timely filing of tax returns.

Qualification:

- University degree in Accounting, Commerce

- MBA - Finance from Top Institutes only

Experience:

- Minimum 5-7 Years of relevant experience

Expected Competencies:

- Having excellent cross-functional communication skill.

- Sound knowledge of the business and business processes.

- Strong financial control and reporting skills

- Fluency in both spoken and written English

- An organized and detail mind with a good sense of responsibility

- A team player with high energy levels

- Ability to work independently under pressure with a can do attitude
