The primary purpose of this role is to strengthen the Marketing efforts of the organization by creating and executing the marketing communication plan at corporate/zonal level, in line with the overall organizational plans. - Brand & Marketing Communication of New Admission Kit for AY 21-22 - Campaign conceptualization/Planning &amp; execution for the same - New Collateral - VH /VK &amp; KIDS Club &amp; Brand positioning - Cross functional support for developing creative &amp; communication - Under Events &amp; promotions Out of Home Advertising, Print media planning &amp; execution will also be a core responsibility. - Needs to work on Newspaper Insert as and when required. - Support all other departments in creative communication like HR for recruitment Ads - Digital asset management and ensure that the quality of the product like Photographs &amp; videos - Maximize brand building opportunities for the business at relevant local/national venues. - Represent VIBGYOR at various shows, conferences, seminars, events, etc. for maximum brand exposure. - Identify opportunities for Brand visibility - internally and externally. - Create communications campaigns to inform internal &amp; external stakeholders through newsletters, internal portal etc. - Editorial content creation (Press Release, company collaterals, articles, newsletter, write - ups, brochures, posters, etc. - Develop &amp; communicate written briefs for use by agencies, media and industry analysts in order to promote awareness. - Expand and develop marketing platforms. - Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects. - Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets &amp; Industry best practices for VIBGYOR services. - Monitor the performance of the staff and ensure that necessary direction and training are provided. - Marketing &amp; brand building activities to be planned and carried out successfully. - Needs to develop and ensures distribution of marketing collaterals within stipulated timeframe. - To generate leads via social media - Customer complaints to be resolved and loop needs to be closed
