Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be the face of brand Vianaar for the customer.
- Resolve their issues/queries concerning design, project, construction etc.
- Provide a consistently delightful experience from after sales and before possession - (Enhance the post sales experience).
- Responsible for the end to end customer contact processes and their associated customer experience to improve efficiency and reduce complaints.
- Coordination with various departments in the organization on the client queries.
- Wishing/sending flowers to the clients on the birthdays/anniversaries.
