About the role: - The individual will be part of the Strategy and Data Sciences team of Viacom18 which functions as an internal business and strategy consulting team for the organization. The Strategy and Data Science team functions with a very high level of analytical rigor and attention to detail. This individual will work on a large variety of projects including: a) Mapping our business environment and key competitors, tracking macro-economic trends, developing industry forecasts b) Developing strategic perspective and guidance for Viacom18's businesses c) Developing analytical models to make business predictions d) Identifying new growth areas and developing business partnerships e) Implementing strategic organizational/process improvement projects Must haves: - MBA from Tier-1 institution - Analytically oriented with high attention to detail - Good communication skills to interact with and convey structured arguments to high-level business stakeholders - Very high proficiency with excel and power-point - 6-8 years experience
