Viacom18 - SAP Manager (5-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Be the single point of contact for all SAP deliveries by the business.
- 5-7 years- experience on SAP Support / Project management
- 7+ Hands on Experience as SAP functional consultant
- Necessary Exposure to GRC, BASIS and PI
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Designing / Reviewing Functional Scope Document, RGF- s
- Project management for SAP Projects, develop project plans follow-up PMP methodology
- Work on SAP Enhancements Projects
- Work as Solution Architect for implementation of all custom programs on SAP
- Translate Requirements to Support partners, review FS documents RGF- s
- Fill in the GAPs in document design patterns
- Create Budget Plans basis scope in order to manage scope of project
- Develop project schedule based on timelines, scope and resource plan and project plans
- Perform Project selection criteria (example cost feasibility and impact)
- Implement/ maintain / Support other third party integrations with SAP
- Risk Identification
Driving Innovations:
- Responsible for Business As Usual
- Drive governance to drive problem management and continuous service improvement practices across landscapes
- Lead delivery of all problem management & continuous improvement projects, from Feasibility phase to completion
- In the Ideas phase, provide though leadership and support to AM vendor partner teams in driving clarity of solution requirements, high level design and time estimates
- Identify the right design, solution for the improvements
- Work in close partnership with the vendors to ensure on-time and on-budget execution of application & AM process improvements
- Align with other functional areas to mitigate any cross-functional impact
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in Viacom18 IT
- Identify innovations, future growth opportunities for exploration
Vendor Management:
- Participate in functional and technical design reviews (QA process) with AM vendor partners
- Hold vendors accountable for quality and timeliness of deliveries through governance mechanisms
Drive TCO:
- Drive simplification to support the lowest possible TCO for each component in the systems landscape.
- Deliver above responsibilities within an agreed financial budget
- Adopt methodologies of convergence so that the cost of operations is reduced

- Should be able to work comfortably keeping tight deadlines in mind
- Be very passionate about technology and therefore have the ability to assess dispurtions in the area so as to help the organization design its IT Strategy
Special skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, strong academic performance is required
- Relevant professional certification (ITIL, CMMI, SAP Certification, Chartered IT Professional etc)
- Flexible and responsive to changing business and market conditions
- Demonstrates the ability to make, and take responsibility for, sound and far-reaching decisions on major technical and service delivery issues.
