Strategy & Evaluation of Partnerships & Alliances :
- Map ecosystem players to identify key partners for driving growth across revenue/ product lines to increase product reach
- Ensure VOOT is seen as a leader/innovator in the space of alliances that gets massive visibility for the brand
- Own key revenue metrics to be delivered through partnerships and distribution
- Build and own success of an audience network program driven through partnerships; conceptualise, onboard partners, work with product to drive integration, work with marketing to drive adoption
Execution of Partnerships & Alliances :
- Strike partnerships and strategic alliances across Telcos, ISPs, consumer tech, mobile OEM, e-commerce, Travel, Reward scheme platforms and browsers, etc.
- Identify opportunities to partner with other consumer businesses to boost value proposition of our paid product
- Independently drive the charter of partner selection, drive commercial discussions / negotiations, navigate internal and external stakeholders to get partners onboarded
- Support deal negotiation and structuring to close contracts end to end basis the partner type and from the AVOD, platform perspective
- Provide input to planning teams on the expected impact of current and upcoming partnerships
- Identify syndication opportunities for shows and work towards converting them
Work with team on optimisation of YT channels and FB pages
- Monitor the existing relationship and improve monetisation.
Stakeholder Management :
- Crafting YOY joint business plans with strategic partner / alliances to ensure & maximise subscription revenue for VOOT AVOD
- Coordinate across Tech, Marketing, Ad Sales and Product teams to prioritise key partnership requirements
Team Management :
- Review performance on regular basis
- Ensure optimum levels of engagement through appropriate recognition channels
- Provide inputs on hiring and succession planning
- Identify training needs by using TNA method
