Associate Vice President - Business Process Engineering, CTO

Purpose :

To create business value through technology by delivering applications, products and solutions for growth and efficiency

Key Accountabilities :

- Design and deliver technological systems and platforms to digitize and automate the business processes and assist in strategic planning of business growth objectives

- Partner with various stakeholders to identify technology needs, design / deliver tech solutions with an overall objective of driving the business through technology

- Lead the digital transformation charter to incorporate next gen technologies in the ecosystem Drive the development of products and services which are specific to media industry

- Ability to create the data driven culture by strengthening the data engineering platform and enabling data democratization within the organization

- Drive adoption of Agile and DevOps mode of operation across the organization

- Lead the in-house software engineering team which is focused on application delivery

- Manage the digital presence of multiple Viacom18 brands

- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi focused organization
