Senior Manager - Digital Marketing Job Group : Marketing Family Name : Marketing Reports To : VP - Marketing Family Summary/Mission : - Will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for vHealth. - Additionally, he/she will also build an exhaustive retail Digital strategy and outreach including ecommerce capabilities, with the primary aim to substantially increase retail contribution to vHealth's revenue - Will also build a robust marketing analytics framework for vHealth to enhance RoI forecasting, campaign success metrics, customer intelligence for improving campaigns & offerings Position Summary/Mission : - Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget - Oversee all the company's social media accounts - Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content (website, app, etc) - Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports - Build ecommerce capabilities for vHealth to enhance retail contribution to revenues - Lead the strategy as well as build and optimize paid Google, Facebook / Instagram social media campaigns - Test, scale, and optimize Facebook / Instagram and Google campaigns designed to deliver customers with the highest lifetime value at the lowest CPA possible - Manage a team of one Digital Marketing Specialist and an outsourced Digital Agency to stay on top of all currently running and future campaigns - Analyse data from campaigns, deliver reports that pinpoint learnings for future campaigns. Create a robust marketing analytics framework - Create briefs for designers and co-ordinate with digital agency for copy - Research and forecast future sales and performance trends - Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team - Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement - Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices - Work closely with Sales, IT and Operations teams for planning suitable campaign mix Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements : - Cultivates strong relationships externally - Cultivates strong internal relationships necessary for effective cross-functional collaboration. - Ability to think tactically and identify high impact marketing success factors for the company - Good communication skills & demonstrated ability to work across multi-functional teams. Background/Experience Desired : - 10+ years overall work experience - 7+ years managing conversion-focused digital advertising campaigns with ROI-related KPIs and SEO optimisation - 5+ years managing Google & Facebook Ads (3+ Months managing Instagram Ads) - 5+ years in content marketing and marketing analytics - Experience in E-Commerce and healthcare industry will be added advantage - Highly proficient with the Facebook Ads Manager & other tools on the FB Business Manager. - Experience in managing LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads; a plus. - Comfortable with A/B testing tools and methods to prove statistical significance between ad and target market variations. - Comfortable at quickly using Excel for data analysis and manipulation (pivot tables, modelling, etc.) - Experience in Google Analytics or other analytics software, as well as keyword research, setting up campaigns, optimizing ads Educational Requirements : - The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree or equivalent experience. - Encourages new thinking - Drives and executes strategy - Promotes cross-functional and communication and collaboration in a highly matrixed organization - Demonstrates ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment - Proven experience building relationships and working hand in hand with sales, IT and service organizations
