Key Account Manager - Affinity Sales Key Account Manager Location: Mumbai Family Summary/Mission: vHealth by Aetna is one of India's most innovative preventative and primary care services providers. Position Summary/Mission: This role will be supporting National Key Account Manager to drive sales and manage relationship with key partnerships Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements: The individual will be responsible to: - Own sales target of each partnership - Regularly engage with key SPOC's across partnerships to create visibility, top of mind recall & explore new opportunities - Act as a critical point contact for various stakeholders in partners - Manage and build relationships with SPOCs across channels of key partnerships - Manage day to day transactions across key partnerships - Keep track of key initiatives and ensure timely execution by effectively coordinating with partners key SPOC's & NKAM's & IHO internal SPOC's. - Ensure timely launch of new channel / new product to meet business plans - Feed NKAM's and Business Head with various portfolio / partnership analysis to take critical decision in growing profitable business - Drive customer engagement programs to drive utilization and healthy persistency levels - Share monthly partnership updates like utilization report, performance update etc. with key stakeholders at partnerships & IHO - Working with NKAM on new business development pipeline/on-boarding new Affinity partnerships. Background/Experience Desired: - 4- 6 years' experience in account management in insurance / banking / healthcare / wellness companies (in order of preference) - Proven track record in managing medium to large scale partnerships with growing business trend - Must have managed budgets and P&Ls of key partnerships - Effective communicator with relationship building and interpersonal skills - Should be well verse in making and giving presentations. - Should be comfortable in working on Microsoft excel. - Should have a strategic approach with the ability to see the "big picture" and interpret environmental and organizational changes and their impact on the organization. Educational Requirements: Bachelor and Master's degree in management from premier institutes (preferred).
