Position Summary/Mission: - Scan the market to identify low hanging fruits in desired corporate segment - Conduct industry's best practices to create awareness about IHO and its offerings - Establish contact &amp; present IHO's solutions to key decision makers in corporate - Constantly engage with key stakeholders to generate demand &amp; on-board corporate clients - Execute the project plan for timely launch of employee value proposition - Deliver revenue &amp; profitability target from the acquired corporate clients - Implement client specific engagement initiatives, service client throughout the year and maintain relationship to drive healthy persistency ratio - Keep the sales funnel active by maintaining healthy sales pipeline Fundamental Components &amp; Physical Requirements: - Proven track record in meeting corporate sales targets &amp; maintaining excellent relationships at medium to large scale corporate - Master's degree in management from premier institutes (preferred) - Must have managed budgets and P&amp;Ls for respective region/s - Strong influencing and negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals - Effective communicator with relationship building and interpersonal skills - An independent thinker with the conviction and entrepreneurial spirit to manage the regional in rapidly changing environment would be an asset. Background/Experience Desired: - Experience in corporate sales in banking / insurance / insurance broking / healthcare/ wellness companies (in order of preference) Educational Requirements: - MBA/ Management diploma from reputed institutions.
