Job Group Summary/Mission:
This role will be supporting Head - Corporate Sales in building corporate business across western zone in India.
- Scan the market to identify low hanging fruits in desired corporate segment
- Conduct industry's best practices to create awareness about IHO and its offerings
- Establish contact & present IHO's solutions to key decision makers in corporate
- Constantly engage with key stakeholders to generate demand & on-board corporate clients
- Execute the project plan for timely launch of employee value proposition
- Deliver revenue & profitability target from the acquired corporate clients
- Implement client specific engagement initiatives, service client throughout the year and maintain relationship to drive healthy persistency ratio
- Keep the sales funnel active by maintaining healthy sales pipeline
