Key Responsibilities :


- Develop, direct and coordinate human resources policies, processes, activities for VGL India in coordination with VGL India leadership team so as to ensure harmonious industrial relations, productive and engaged workforce and compliance with Unit's safety and Legal requirements. 


- Act as a change agent and business partner by providing solutions for aspects related to HR. 


- Formation of HR Budget by coordinating with various departments & ensuring adherence to the budget. 


- Contract Labour Management and Optimum utilization of resources.


 - Ensuring compliances of all legal formalities and regulations and handling social accountability issues. Ensuring compliance with legal statutory compliances and handling various legal inspections and liasoning with govt. officials 


- Responsible for Manpower Planning (Recruitment, Selection & Induction) and budgeting as per business plan.


 - Developing and implementing HR Policies / Processes in line with the Quality Standards.


 - Managing human resources projects i.e. new employee orientation, multi-skilling, R&R, compensation & benefits, social audits for the smooth workforce functioning 


- Responsible for PMS process of VGL India by aligning individual and departmental KRAs with the

- Unit KRAs, ensuring the monthly progress towards it by timely reviews

- Highlighting employee relationship management issues i.e. absenteeism and attrition, retention, satisfaction, productivity, employee responsibilities, workplace etc. which might impact employee relations. 


- Managing overall Training & Development of employees as per the various inputs from the department heads, individual and market scenario to ensure an efficient workforce.


 - Ensuring timely and accurate MIS for manpower reporting Personal Attributes


 - Entrepreneurial decision-making skills and communication skills of a high order


 - People management - able to effectively influence people of all levels to drive change and improvement


 - Strong ability to review and identify issues and opportunities in the business and get things done.

- Flexibility in thinking and pragmatic problem-solving skills


 - Supervise and bring improvements in plant Administration & Safety practices


 - Assertive and has an eye for details

Skill Set Required:  Understanding of all HR Practices (Manpower, GPTW, Training, People Development, Compliance)

Experience: 


- 10 to 12 years of HR/IR experience from manufacturing setups Education


 - PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations Location of Posting - Jaipur (Rajasthan)
