This is a Captive HR shared services role and specifically need experience of handling HR Shared services for America's Region and understands the local America's region HR compliance's well and handled in his / her previous experiences

Profile - Roles and Responsibilities

Areas of Responsibility & brief description:

1. On-boarding Process

a) Initiating & timely completion of joining formalities for new employee

b) Ensuring the release of all employment related contracts & letters

c) Experience of working on HRIS - SAP Success Factors or similar software

d) Updating employee records online (starting from Hire to retire)

d) Creating Personnel File

2. Confirmation Process & Employee Movement

a) Initiating Confirmation process within said timeframe

b) Issuing letters of confirmation /extension as per Probation Evaluation Form

c) Issuing transfer letter as per SRF given

d) HRIS / Workday Updation

3. Employee Payroll, Benefits & Compliance Process

a) Payroll inputs to Vendor

b) Checking & Verifying pay sheet

c) Finalizing pay sheet and bank reports

d) Timely & accurate salary credit to employee

e) Claim & Reimbursement inputs

f) Preparing compliance related report

g) Preparing accurate Benefits Masters Data

h) Updating claim & reimbursement details of employee

4. Attendance & Leave Management

a) Attendance Collation

b) Leave record updation

5. Personnel File & Document Management

a) Maintaining physical personnel file of employees

b) Updating Employee File Management Data

c) Preparing various letter as per SRF request

6. Employee Query Management

a) Reverts to various query raised by employee

b) Query Management tracking report

7. Separation Process

a) Initiating separation process with resigned employee

b) Inputs of f& f to payroll vendor

c) End to end completing F & F settlement

d) Dispatching F & F payment along with relevant documents to resigned employee

e) Filling F & F documents in physical personnel file of resigned employee

f) Updating Employment Management Data

g) Updating F & F tracker

8. Project Assistance

a) Contribution & quality of work exhibited during the project

b) Assisting in preparing final project report

9. Audit Management

a) Collating & verifying audit report from team members

b) Front end audit responsibility

c) Timely submission of audit requirement

10. Team Supervision

a) Supervising team performance

b) Collation of various report from team as per said SLA timelines

11. Knowledge Sharing, Contribution & Project Assistance

a) Contribution to monthly meetings

b) Divisional updates provided during meetings

c) Contribution & quality of work exhibited during the project

d) Initiating & conducting monthly review meeting
