Purpose of the role :
A Product Manager will work with operations team, business analysts, and development teams to create and oversee the build of products, features and experiences to meet the needs of end users and organizational goals.
Profile - Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Defines and leads a vision for a feature or product working closely with operational SMEs or the Product Owner
2. Gathers, interprets, and translates customer needs, operational requirements into functional and non-functional requirements / stories
3. Produces and priorities product backlogs based on commercial attractiveness and other criteria
4. Leads the communication with SMEs, project team members and development colleagues to develop common understanding
5. Understands data, customer insight, system behavior, inputs, and outputs as they relate to business functions
6. Confirms that new releases function as intended and there is no negative impact to existing functionality and tests them on UAT
7. Becomes the subject matter expert on products, features, their context, software solutions and tools
8. Ensures the timely and successful delivery working closely with colleagues according to customer needs and objectives
9. Assists with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
10. Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.

Qualification & Experience
Education: Minimum: Graduate or globally recognized equivalent degree.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience ; launch of several scaled product and features
Knowledge & Key Skills:
- Strong experience in digital tools such as Jira, Confluence, Kanban boards, ticketing systems
- Proficient in use of computers - Excel, Power point etc.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of Visa processes is a plus
- Good to have - work experience in travel industry domain
- Good communication skills - written and verbal - in English
- Willingness to travel on long duration assignments within the country and internationally
- Capacity to put in long hours and also work in un-structured environments
