VFS Global - Manager - Finance - IFRS

Purpose of the role :

- To ensure consolidation of accounts under IFRS for VFS Global across the globe having operations in 140 countries & finalize the annual financial statements

- To ensure proper disclosure in the consolidated financial statements as per IFRS.

- To ensure limited review and statutory audit across regions and at Global level

- To ensure timely and accurate external stakeholder reporting

- To issue accounting guidelines and opinions as per IFRS

- To support on the management reporting including adhoc requirements

- To drive automation in reporting tools like SAP ECC, SAP BPC etc

Areas of Responsibility & brief description :

1. Consolidation of accounts at holding company level and drive the month end and year end closure

2. Strong collaboration with other finance teams like MIS & Controlling, taxation, treasury to ensure smooth month and year end activities

3. Execution to meet audit requirements, audit management & facilitation to ensure timely audit.

4. Overall SAP BPC standardization, implementation and support

5. Guiding the team and solving all the IFRS/Ind AS issues

6. Ensuring & maintaining Internal Customer Satisfaction through effective stakeholder management

7. Ensures first time right and initiate the new processes for improvement.

8. Judicious use of natural resources in line with company policies

9. Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization

Education : Minimum Qualification: Chartered Accountant / MBA - Finance

Additional Qualification : IFRS/IND-AS Certification

Experience :

- 2-5 years of experience in Finance viz. finalization, Consolidation and other related aspects along with strong working knowledge of ERP tools like SAP ECC, SAP BPC

- Candidates having experience of service Industry preferred
