Brand Manager The Role: - We are on a lookout for a creative marketer to help us build the Vetic brand. Someone who is an expert at building campaigns around the same and can own social media ,all channels. - A creative storyteller to narrate these stories and give the brand a voice using strategic crafty messaging - Incumbent will primarily be involved with developing and implementing strategies and driving the brand with defined KPIs to strengthen the company's market presence and help it find a "voice" that will make a difference. Roles and Responsibilities: - Come up with a robust brand marketing strategy that takes forward the Capital mandate - Ideate, collaborate and drive rigorous execution against this strategy. - Drive brand marketing efforts across campaigns, social media, content & communities. - Ideate & execute against viral & creative campaign ideas. - Prepare a structured framework for objectively measuring the efficacy of marketing efforts. - Present data-backed post-mortems of campaign performance. - Work with external agency partners, internal channel marketing, design teams in ensuring execution conformance. - Work collaboratively with the social media & product marketing teams in planning, executing new product launch GTMs to drive customer engagement, acquisition and brand buzz. Mandatory Qualifications: 1. 3-6 years of overall marketing experience. 2. Minimum 2+ years of having managed brand marketing campaigns 3. Strong creative & soft skills combined with an affinity for data. 4. Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work with cross-functional counterparts. 5. Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
