Vested Finance Inc - Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a product operations manager with experience in financial technology to join our team. You will be responsible for working with the CPO, assisting in testing, and launching new features and products. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities:

- Implement Agile methodology with engineering teams and ensure product releases are delivered on team

- Lead testing efforts to ensure bug-free product releases

- Work with engineering development teams to test features thoroughly to meet product release timelines

- Communicate effectively cross-functionally regarding risks, mitigation strategies, and success project SLAs

- Design processes and procedures that scale with the business growth in volume and complexity

- Develop a deep understanding of the product

- Assist customer success team in resolving higher complexity cases and improving their processes

- Keep our team efficient and organized

- Effectively collaborate and communicate project status and issues to executive management and other stakeholders, as necessary.

- Retrieve insights from customer interviews and partner discussions

Requirements:

- 1+ years of relevant product management or finance experience including experience in investments, payments, banking, or other financial systems.

- Understanding of financial technology including cross-border investment is a strong plus.

- Strong system and data flow knowledge. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

- Strong communication skills - including the ability to listen to the needs of others and comprehend complex matters, articulate issues in a clear and concise manner, and present effectively in both oral and written presentations to all levels in the organization.

- Team-oriented approach - can effectively lead a project or participate as an effective team member as well as work cross-functionally with other organizations.

- Willingness and ability to work independently, think creatively, and ability to pivot depending on changing priorities and deadlines.
