Verzeo Edutech - Product Manager (2-8 yrs)

We're looking for a Product Manager who can also take up roles of Product Analyst + Growth Hacker. We require someone who has a great blend of engineering, data and marketing skills to drive B2C user base of Verzeo.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Own parts of Verzeo B2C product and scope out and build new features and offerings while working closely with a cross-functional team that includes counterparts in Design, Engineering, Business Development, and Operations

2. Define core functional use cases, user experience, align with technical architects on functionality, set up the marketing stack on new functionality and be able to manage a product's lifecycle from conception to release

3. Setup data analytics infrastructure, its taxonomy and GA/FB pixels from scratch

4. Identify key customer segments, channels, define & measure clear conversion metrics, goal setting, customer acquisition, and retention

5. Identify online channels of user acquisition and drive go-to-market strategies. Develop a strategy to increase online traffic by 10X, 100X

6. Ideate, Plan, Develop, Experiment and implement digital growth hacks. Execute range of organic (huge content) and inorganic (SEM, Facebook, Instagram ads etc experiments to drive traffic and maximize conversion

7. Leverage data analysis capabilities to identify growth trends and drive product changes; have a hawk eye to detail

8. Measure, optimize and report growth efforts and success to the entire team via dashboards, reports and executive-level presentations

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

1. Strong analytical abilities

2. Prior experience with a startup in a product/growth/marketing role

3. A solid understanding of software development cycles

4. Good understanding of SEO/SEM, Facebook, Instagram Ads and Referrals

5. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and tools like Moz/SEMRush

6. Knowledge of Python, R or any statistical tool, SQL

7. Experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst would be strongly preferred
