About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in Accounts and Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to drive financial analysis, process improvement, and strategic decision-making. This role is pivotal in aligning business objectives with financial insights, ensuring the organization's financial health and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide actionable insights.

- Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders.

- Identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Business Process Improvement:

- Evaluate and improve financial and accounting processes.

- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.

- Business Analyst - Accounts and Finance (CA) Support management in strategic decision-making with in-depth financial analysis.

Strategic Planning and Decision Support:

- Support management in strategic decision-making with in-depth financial analysis.

- Participate in the development of long-term financial plans.

- Provide guidance on financial implications of business decisions.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, regulations, and laws.

- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams, including Accounts, Finance, and Operations, to align financial objectives.

- Liaise with external partners, such as auditors, banks, and consultants.

Project Management:

- Lead and manage finance-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance roles.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Advanced proficiency in financial tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, MS Excel).

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
