Core Responsibilities

- Accountable for customer acquisition and retention and overall revenue targets from assigned industry vertical(s). Lead the areas in sales planning, goal setting, go to market strategy

- Build in-depth understanding on the respective vertical, conceptualise and build end to end solutions to help companies grow their businesses through seamless digital transformation journey.

- Understand the vertical in length and breadth and pre-empt the future requirements so that we are ready with the product suite proactively

- Driving a team of Account Leads and their teams across the country to achieve their revenue targets

- Defining goals, establishing metrics, measuring attainment of those goals and enforce their compliance through a streamlined process.

- Interacting with key stakeholders within cross-functional teams and peers to ensure that the end to end delivery is seamless and smooth

- Collaborate with product team to facilitate the development of product offerings and solutions based on identified needs and emerging trends.Actively participate on the standardizing processes for presales, sales and post sales cycle and bring strategic closure and sustenance to larger deals.

- Effectively coach members of the sales team & drive them towards attaining organizational goals.

- Strategic thinker, ability to conceptualise and think bottoms up and build thought leadership

- Proficient in developing solution-based selling strategies

- Understands the current and new trends in the particular industry and ability to see the future in terms of technology and connectivity

- Demonstrated leadership in the vertical and in managing large cross functional, geographically dispersed teams. Hands on experience in revenue management and driving sales

- Highly result-oriented, decisive with proven success in helping organizations increase their market share and out-perform revenue targets in an ever-changing and dynamic IT environment.

- Address performance management issues by effectively engaging SHQ(State) & NHQ

- Ability to work in close collaboration with stakeholders and peers from within the organisation to build enterprise product suite and ensure delivery of revenue targets through a geographically dispersed sales team
