Vertical Head - Direct Sales - BFS/Telecom (10-15 yrs)
Purpose of the Role :
- To drive customer acquisitions through the Direct Sales Channel through partners and 3P manpower
KPIs : Gross Acquisitions / Acquisition Quality / Channel Build UP / Channel Spend
Job Specification :
1. Direct Sales is composed of several sub verticals DSA / O-B Contact Centers/ Rural DSA/Slum DSA / DST Operations
2. To manage some /all sub verticals on the following parameters :
- Business Planning
- Driving /reviewing business through regions
- Planning/ Reviewing Channel Build up & Channel Efficiencies
- Partner/Employee Engagement Programs
- Monitoring Quality of acquisitions
- Controlling Channel Spends
