Vertical Head - Customer Experience - BFS/FMCG - IIT/IIM/ISB

Hiring Vertical Head which is cut across all the verticals- Customer Experience.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for :

- Lead strategy creation and execution to increase conversion%

- Design new predictive venue recommendation system basis past booking data of customers.

- Identify customer segmentation and deliver targeted offerings roadmap.

- Developed new revenue sources to achieve additional extra revenue growth through

a. Targeting of dropped customers from online channel

b. Creating customized offering

c. Launching sales module for new chatbot to gain higher leads

Required Profile :

- Prefer candidates from IIT 2012 batch passout only- BTech

- MBA from IIM/ MDI/ Sp jain is an added advantage.
