- Looking for a passionate marketer with more than 8 years of experience in customer engagement, retention and lifecycle management.

- As the custodian of all user engagement on one of India's fastest growing healthcare and financial services apps, one will bring a deep understanding of campaign strategies that best engage incoming prospects to convert into customers, and drive greater loyalty.

- One will bring an in-depth understanding of using various campaign management tech stacks and tools to provide the best engagement experience to customers.

- One will be tasked with extracting the most out of the customer bases to define value segments and insights.

- Being able to translate all of this into innovative strategies of engaging with customers and driving greater conversion and retention will be one's primary objective.
