Sales & Business Development office works closely with business leaders to plan, execute and deliver Vera healthcare's business targets and milestones. The office would collaborate Technology, Marketing and Operations teams to make Vera hospitals the most advanced, affordable and efficiency healthcare service provider.

Role: Hospitals Sales & Business Development Manager

Job Duties:

- Work with Hospital Stakeholders to generate multiple hospital locations sales & business development milestones

- Generate business forecast for multiple hospital locations and concrete execution plan supporting the forecast

- Always work within the scope of quantified targets to meet the company milestones.

- Work with individual department heads, medical services owners, business leaders to define more quantified and detailed sales, costs reduction & business development plans.

- Work with regional Marketing & PR teams to build marketing plans that cater to one or more Revenue targets

- Work with regional Hospital Operations teams to build lean & optimized operations plans that cater to one or more expense reduction targets

- Work towards leveraging technology for new business expansion or optimized operations targets.

- Leverage Vera hospitals global branding to expand into new market opportunities.

- Work on sales or business development plans as individual project; short-term or long-term. The projects may include but not limited to new markets inheritance, existing marketing growth, new business developments, lean operation initiatives, etc.

- Work with stakeholders for review and approval of the project plans.

- Work within the scope of approved projects; actions items, timelines & budget.

- Work with Finance & other supporting teams to track the health of the projects.

- Generate sales & finance weekly reports for stakeholder review with excellent attention to detail.

- Demonstrate excellent planning, organizing and management skills within the projects.

- Demonstrate the value and vision of the company in all modes of communication.

- Build and manage sales & business development teams for future growth.

- Represent Vera or conduct shows, conferences, and events.

- Run mobile camps in rural to semi-urban areas with support of marketing and operations teams.

- Conduct market research by collecting & analyzing data for future business development, within and outside of the hospital locations.

- Follow market trends in look out for opportunities and business advantage initiatives.

- Assist in new hospital acquisitions by reviewing available financial data and analyzing business opportunity.

- Manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality in all modes of communication.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

- Apply technical expertise using Microsoft Office applications in order to streamline workflow and output
