Venture Capital & Growth Manager

Role:

A VC fund is looking for an Investment & Growth manager to enable startups in India to grow to their fullest potential by creating a platform that connects the dots between startups and investors and mentors. Think of it like the Google Launchpad for India.

Key demonstrable skills required are the ability to network, a strong passion to help startups, flawless execution, strong communication skills, and a natural leader who has managed teams.

Top tier companies/colleges preferred

Startup Fundraising/Accelerator experience preferred

The incumbent should have prior work experience in scouting startups, evaluate startups, do due diligence, should be well connected across the startup arena.

Skills/Exp. Required:

1. 3-8 yrs of experience

2. Must have excellent communication & inter personal skills

3. Must have handled deals end to end

4. High preference for a person from PE/VC/Impact fund background

5. Must be willing to travel in India
