Venture Capital Analyst - Investment Banking (1-3 yrs)
What we expect (Knowledge & Skills):
Graduation/PostGrad from a tier-1 institute
- 1-3 years of work experience in Investment Banking / Private equity / Venture Capital
- Logical and analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, and structured work approach
- Excellent verbal, written, & oral communication, strong presentation skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in conducting primary and secondary research with framework and models development
- Ability to structure information from different sources & present the relevant information in concise manner
- Expertise in financial modeling, projections and due diligence is a plus
What you can expect (Key Responsibilities) :
- Providing comprehensive research support to the Founder's office - these research activities will be related to exploring the current start-up landscape and deep diving into disruptions
- Conduct primary and secondary research to assess the investment potential of specific sectors and companies
- Assisting in the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities
- Gather & analyze information pertaining to market size, key players, teams, users, products, services, financials, business forecasts, etc
- Prepare detailed sector studies and keep abreast of important trends and developments in the relevant sectors
