Vendor Management Role - Procurement - Financial Services (3-6 yrs)

Looking for highly experienced individuals into Vendor Management !!

Location - Pune

Your field of responsibility:

Join us as a Junior team member of the Vendor Management Competence Centre in the Procurement Department. The team defines a global governance framework setting processes, minimum standards and controls governing Credit Suisse Vendor Management services. Additionally the team provides oversight activities of all Contract and Vendor Management ongoing monitoring activities.

Your responsibilities include:

- Maintain minimum standards regarding contract / vendor management

- Provide standardized processes to ensure vendor performance issues and disputes are tracked, handled and resolved

- Enable continuous monitoring of vendor performance against contractual service level agreements through creation of vendor performance dashboards, scorecards and/or reports

- Train and advise on the vendor management framework, driving the link between performance / selection

- Drive internal CS partner compliance with Vendor Management framework

Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

- A university degree or an equivalent educational background is essential

- Minimum 3-5 years of overall work experience and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Vendor Management, Sourcing or Operational Risk role(s)

- Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management and/or Vendor/Contract Management function within financial services or a similar regulated entity

- Understanding of key risk, compliance and audit objectives

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships, including the skill to partner with and influence colleagues and vendors at all title levels

- Proven problem solving, project management, analytical and organizational skills

- Able to work independently as well as within a team composed of colleagues based locally and internationally

- Prior experience working collaboratively with internal control functions in a regulated organization is a plus
