Vendor Lead - B2B eCommerce Startup - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (2-4 yrs)
- Owning supply and operations responsibility for the location.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with supply partners
- Tracking the performance metrics of supply partners
- Closely understanding seller operations, regular touch with seller to ensure timely and quality delivery as per clients- requirements
- Rewards & recognition, regular partner visits, contributing to better relationships & experience on both sides
- Working with cross functional teams and central teams to resolve customer and operational issues
- Interacting and building relationships with the seller community to help them grow their business through the company
- Constant interaction with sales team to get demand projection and requirements
- Conducting regular business reviews and keeping account health (on time delivery, quality failure, NPS) at desired level
- Partner management, compliance and contracts
Desired Candidate profile :
- Minimum 2 years of work experience (Preferably min. 1 year team management experience in sales)
- Demonstrated ability in vendor development/ management
- The individual must be a self-motivated, someone who has led teams, has experience running cross-functional projects with strong conceptual and inter-personal skills.
- The individual should possess a team oriented & collaborative approach
Qualification Required :
- MBA from a Tier 1 college
- Btech./ BE/ Other undergraduate degree from a Tier 1 Institute
