Job Summary
We are looking for self-motivated, passionate and detail oriented person for operations team co-ordination, who will provide confidential and excellent organizational support/facilitation for internal and external client servicing and management
Job Profile
- Oversees new clients and machine/kiosks mobilization to ensure successful and timely completion of client on-boarding and its scope of work.
- Work closely with a broad range of cross functional teams to influence processes. Serves as the intersection between B&M, IT&Tech, operations and finance, ensuring that all project tasks are being completed on time
- Proactively recognize, communicate and resolve potential roadblocks for machine mobilization
- Oversee machines and payment system inventory and management strategies for new and existing stores, ensuring items arrive on time for new deployments
- Develop, maintain, and share out reporting on each project, including status updates and post mortems.
- Act as the key point of contact and escalation point for all Client related inquiries related to on-boarding and mobilization
- Uncover and provide solutions to existing process and gaps.
- Provide recommendations and propose improvements to optimize operational efficiencies at scale, including but not limited to process, procurement, storage requirements, etc.
- Planning/Logistics: work closely with Procurement and SCM team on delivery requirements and store capacity. Influence process and approach to ensure efficient and timely flow of inventory into warehouses and machines
- Successfully and seamlessly hand off fully completed deployments to regional supply chain team(s)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project/Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Masters degree would be a plus
- 8-10+ years of experience in operations/supply chain management, preferably operations, e-governance project involving multiple stakeholders
- Inventory management Abilities - Forecasting, supply planning and optimization
- Strong time-management and planning skills; with multi-tasking and problem solving abilities
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative findings into action plans.
- Demonstrated diligence for organizing, planning, documentation and report preparations. Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences.
- Build foster and maintain professional relationships with clients, prospects, and business intermediaries/ associates and internal departments
- Strong communication and organization skills; ability to work with remote teams
- Can do attitude - we are a lean team and responsibilities may fall out of one's exact job description; we are looking for folks who are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
