Velocity - Manager/Senior Manager - Debt Partnerships - CA

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage debt partnerships for Velocity. You will help in Liasioning with NBFCs/Banks for fundraising. You will help in the discussions with multiple banking / NBFC partners, support the closure process and work with them on an ongoing basis to keep deepening these partnerships. You will help with MIS, Data Preparation, and handling queries from these partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a combination of strong relationship building skills, deep understanding of debt products and partners, technology enthusiast and result oriented professional.

Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing debt partnerships: by building and leveraging networks with NBFCs, banks, other financial institutions, and rating agencies.

- Maintain MIS, Prepare CMA and key performance metrics across partners

- Research debt partners, identify key players, understand their products and create a compelling case for Velocity partnership.

- Develop a solid knowledge of lending products and their structuring for NBFC/Bank partnerships

- Track performance against set targets and provide periodical updates to business

- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to debt partner outreach and relationship management

- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various debt partnerships.

Skills:

- CA preferred with 3-6 years of previous work experience in Fund Raising/Debt Partnerships/Treasury domain

- Understands capital requirements, reporting etc. from an NBFC perspective

- Understanding of product, credit risk, credit and collections policies

- Strategic thinker with a networking aptitude

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
