We are looking to hire an experienced professional to drive partnerships and strategic alliances for Velocity. You will be establishing commercial and strategic partnerships with multiple companies in the online / tech startup ecosystem in India. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship building skills, perseverance to take deals to closures and result orientation to make them successful.
Responsibilities:
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Identify and source partnership opportunities through extended network, referrals, emails and client visits
- Research partners, identify key players, build win-win propositions and generate interest
- Collaborate with senior management and other teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company's guidelines and policies
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison internally
- Drive multiple internal and external initiatives to make the partnership successful
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners.
- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development team to innovate and optimize reach-out strategies
Skills:
- 3 to 6 years of previous work experience in strategic alliances
- Experience and network in the online / tech startup ecosystem preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with a networking aptitude
- Great multitasking skills
