Velocity - Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:-

- Work with cross functional team (Product, Tech, Sales) to establish growth strategies.

- Analyse data to monitor performance of multiple growth channels and uncover areas for improvement.

- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns via email marketing and social media.

- Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns and engagement.

- Perform day-to-day execution of email campaign development, QA and deployment processes

- Build testing workflows and modify workflows and deliveries as needed

Requirement & Skills:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing email campaigns

- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.

- Historical experience with no code tools like Zapier and CRM software like PipeDrive

- Ability to work independently and a problem-solving attitude to achieve results
