Roles and Responsibilities : - End to end Business Ownership & General Management - Product Vision, GTM, Hiring, OPs, Sales, PnL, etc. - Ideate, strategies and plan and implement the new business - Develop Goals and Objectives for the New Business - Lead Business Partnerships & negotiations for external dependencies - Team Building and Resource Management for the Business. - Coordinate with different functions within the organization - sales, product, engineering among, credit, operations etc. in the deployment of the business initiatives identified - Analyse and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics - Metrics driven approach to plan and achieve business goals. - Strong bias towards action to achieve goals About Us : We are a VC funded fintech startup based in Bangalore with the audacious goal of building the future of business financing.
