Velocity - AVP - Key Account Management - SaaS Sales

We are looking to hire an experienced Key Account Manager to manage relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers by actively being helpful to them. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers.

Responsibilities:

- Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of key clients

- Build thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

- Take ownership of driving repeat transactions and minimizing churn

- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics

Skills:

- Proven experience as key account manager

- Hiring across AVP levels based upon the experience

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

- Demonstrated ability to deal with founders of new age businesses preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with senior professionals

- Excellent organizational skills

- Proven ability in problem-solving and negotiation
