- Position: Product Analyst/Manager

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end product management lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch support.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements and roadmap.

- Develop product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Functional owner of Product development, GTM Strategy, Competitior Analysis, Pricing Strategy etc.

- Prioritize features and define product specifications based on customer feedback and business priorities.

- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

- 6+ years of experience with 3 years proven experience in product management

- B2B Products (Preferably SaaS)

- Agile Methodology

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
