Veganza - Business Head

Business Head for the F&V Business taking care of the complete P&L of the business entity. Will be working closely with the founding team

- Coordinate overall business across finance, operations and sales functions

- Ensure the daily operations run with no hurdles and no customer complaints

- Ensuring all the processes are followed in Operations, Finance and other verticals of business

- Manpower Management and Recruitment

- Increase top line and find ways for liquidation of stock

- Ensure Timely closure of stock, cash and other KPIs.

- Ensure MIS is submitted by all reportees

- Act as POC for ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Delight

- Managing vendors and ensuring quality supply

- Implement important business decisions whenever required
