Key Responsibilities :
- Actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback and complaints across social platforms and use the related Social listening tool
- Promptly respond to our brand audiences within specified turn-around time thus making the user journey with our brand worthwhile.
- Analyse competitors performance & provide suggestions to the brand for improvements
- Formulation of online reputation management (ORM) strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Knowledge of ORM/ Social Media Monitoring Experience in response management on various digital platforms
- Experience with customer handling techniques and writing responses
- Excellent analytical and communication skills Quick Learner Self Motivated
- Maintaining a database of leads received through responses and submitting them to the supporting team
- Closely tracking popular sites and platforms to manage ratings and reviews.
- Creating regular ORM reports to be reviewed by seniors and for necessary action points, if any.
- Proficient in all social media handles
Expected Candidate's Attributes :
- Good knowledge about ORM tools and it features.
- People with Social Media | Customer Grievance experience will be preferred.
- Good Knowledge of Monitoring tools Like Radian6, Explic8, Google Analytics, Social Mentions, Google Alerts,Google Analytics, Synthesio, HootSuite, SocialBakers etc.
- Ability to map out marketing strategies, drive them and evaluate effectiveness through testing and metrics.
- Extremely data-driven, formulate strategies based on numbers and ROI.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with agencies, colleagues, and management
