Responsibilities :
- Adopt a visionary approach to the entire Training, Learning, and Development Function.
- Strategize on Training Modalities and guide Training teams to design the required training programs - Pre-Service, In-Service, and other L&D initiatives
- Create scalable training solutions without compromising on the targeted outcomes
- Evaluate the efficacy of training and development plans and help teachers make the most of learning opportunities
- Evaluate the performance of the Training and Audit teams
- Identify training opportunities to develop the business and design and deliver new courses in response to market needs
- Plan the annual program of workshops and training programs
- Keep up to date with methods, tools, and techniques which can be applied to achieve more effective learning and use this knowledge to propose innovative solutions for an increased outcome
- Identify innovative ways of auditing teacher performances
- Design and implement highly effective scalable audit mechanisms for teachers
- Build solid cross-functional relationships across verticals.
The right candidate would have :
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Experience in setting up quality control systems and audit mechanisms
- Six Sigma Certification would be an added advantage.
- A can-do attitude with a high level of personal motivation

Education and Experience :
- B.E / B.Tech or Masters in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience managing Training Functions of organizations end to end.
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred
- ISTD Certification would be an added advantage
