YouTube Program Manager

- Design and manage complete operating plan, programming & content strategies, video optimization and viewership growth for existing and newly created YT channels

- Analyzing program risks and managing the goals of the program.

- Develop and control deadlines and activities Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop data driven recommendations to ensure goals are achieved

- Devise audience development strategies to increase viewership and subscriptions of the channel

- Manage promotions and ads for the channels

- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding key issues and decisions.

- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

Requirement :

- 1 - 3 years of experience from Top colleges Tier 1/Tier 2 college Experience in program management

- Proven understanding of current digital landscape of YouTube and other popular video sharing platforms.
